3200mm Automatic Palletizing System High Productivity LDPE Palletizing Robot Arm

The PS-PET-D180 bi-directional palletizing system is specially designed for the back-end of PET strapping tape production lines. Equipped with a SAIFFO industrial robot, it features a maximum load of 180kg and a working reach of 3200mm, suitable for PET strap rolls with 405mm inner diameter and 500-800mm outer diameter.

Adopting a face-to-face bi-directional structure, it supports synchronous operation of two production lines, with switchable palletizing modes of 1 roll or 4 rolls per layer and configurable automatic pallet and partition placement. With 15kw power consumption and 0.6-0.8MPa working pressure, it supports 24-hour stable operation, realizing unmanned and standardized palletizing for PET strapping production.
